Special General Assembly April 25, 2021 @ 3PM, on ZOOM

The Parish Council is very pleased to announce a special General Assembly via Zoom on Sunday, April 25 at 3:00 pm in order to present and request approval of an updated plan for the Renewing Our Community project to renovate the “Dan and Elpis Peters Community Center”. 

The updated plan is a direct result of the diligent work of the Planning Committee and a Special Purpose Committee created for such a task. It includes a reduction in the cost of the project to $803,000 through the deferral of selected items of the original project to a later stage and a start date of May 3, 2021. 

Please join us next Sunday, April 25 at 3:00 pm, to learn which specific items we are recommending to defer, how we plan to finance the updated project, and to express your opinion in a discussion and a vote on the updated plan.
