Church Building and Gas Lease Special General Assembly June 15 2008
There will be a very important General Assembly meeting held immediately following church services on Sunday, June 15, 2008.
Following are the two major issues that will be discussed at this meeting:
1) Details of a Gas Lease Offer that has been presented to the church. This offer will bring us a substantial amount of money, rather quickly, if we vote to proceed and sign the lease.
2) The Planning Committee will report on their assignment from the last General Assembly which was to develop a concept, specifications and cost estimates for building a church on our existing property.
The committee has put a lot of effort into this task and they have come up with some very exciting results.

Please make it a priority to attend this critical meeting. The Parish By-laws state that we MUST have a quorum, which means we need to have two- thirds of our pledged members attend and vote. In other words, you can not sign in and then leave before the vote.
The issues being discussed are monumental to the progress of our church therefore we need every eligible member to attend. Please remember, in order to vote you must be a member in good standing.
Harry G. Karegeannes
Parish Council President
