Holy Theophany Schedule 2018
Join us in celebrating the Great Feast of Theophany and Saint John the Baptist, the Patron Saint of our Church:
– Friday, Jan. 5, 6:00 am: Royal Hours for Holy Theophany
– Friday, Jan. 5, 6:00 pm: Vesperal Divine Liturgy for Holy Theophany with Lesser Blessing of the Waters
(note if you want to receive Holy Communion at the Vesperal Liturgy, fasting from water and food is needed for at least six hours before the service-from noon)
– Saturday, Jan. 6, 8:00 am: Orthros followed by Divine Liturgy for Holy Theophany with Great Blessing of the Waters
– Saturday, Jan. 6, 5:00 pm: Great Vespers for the Synaxis of St. John the Baptist with Lity and Artoklasia
– Sunday, Jan. 8, 8:30 am: Orthros followed by Divine Liturgy and Memorial Service for Parish Founders.
After the service we will have a Feast Day Luncheon (Free Will Offering), and Vasilopita Blessing and Auction, conducted by Philoptochos to benefit the orphan students of St. Basil Academy.
